Lightly aged Fiesta Red over Desert Sand on an alder body, nickel hardware and a beautifully worn-in veneer rosewood neck, this one looks every bit as fiery as she feels.
“Bethany” captures that unmistakable early-’60s combination of alder, maple and rosewood, delivering all the sparkle, warmth and harmonic bloom you’d expect from a great ’62-style S-Type.
The aged Fiesta Red finish over Desert Sand primer is worn just right, revealing subtle hints of the undercoat in all the right places. Paired with nickel hardware and a beautifully broken-in veneer rosewood board neck, she’s a fiery take on a classic voice - bold, sweet and supremely playable.
Body and Finish
The two-piece alder body delivers the balanced resonance and lively response that defined early ’60s instruments. Finished in lightly aged Fiesta Red over Desert Sand primer, the thin nitrocellulose lacquer allows the body to resonate freely while showcasing authentic wear patterns and subtle lacquer checking.
Neck and Feel
The maple neck with veneer rosewood fingerboard is carved to a comfortable early-’60s C profile, offering a smooth, familiar feel that encourages effortless playing.
A vintage-correct 7.25" radius pairs beautifully with Jescar 57110 jumbo frets, providing excellent playability and confident bends while maintaining a classic feel. Clay dot markers complete the authentic early-’60s look.
A hand-cut bone nut ensures tuning stability, clarity and sustain.
Hardware
All hardware is finished in nickel, including Kluson double-line split-post tuners and a Callaham vintage repro vibrato bridge with steel block and bent steel saddles, delivering the correct blend of chime, clarity and sustain.
Timeless ’62 Pickups
Under the hood sits our brand new Eternal Timeless ’62 pickup set, an exciting new voice within the Timeless range.
Hand-wound to capture the sweetness and clarity of early-’60s single coils, these pickups offer exceptional touch response, sparkling highs and beautifully balanced midrange warmth. From glassy clean tones to expressive lead work, they respond effortlessly to the player.

The electronics are built with the same attention to detail as the rest of the instrument.
CTS brass-collar 250k potentiometers, a CRL five-way selector switch and a reproduction “Red Dime” paper-in-oil capacitor are wired with cloth-covered hook-up wire and a Switchcraft output jack. A traditional aluminium shielding plate ensures reliable, noise-free performance.
