'Felicity' S-Type
Inspired by our hugely popular “Dreamweaver” model, “Felicity” is a modified and souped up S-Type with a real blend of styles from the late ‘60s/‘70s and early ‘80s, and she wears her influences proudly. A super lightweight hardtail Korina body mated to a substantial C-shaped maple neck topped with a hefty slab of dark rosewood produce a loud and vibrant acoustic voice. The reverse headstock and spectacular “Royal Purple Metallic” over Sunburst all nitro finish add a touch of extravagant class.
A digit friendly 9.5” radius and huge 6000 size frets make for an effortless playing experience. A pair of our “Tweedtone” single-coils offer all the chime and airy tones you would expect but with a little added girth to blend perfectly with our “HFT” (Hot for Teacher) humbucker in the bridge. Add this to the solid, non-vibrato set-up and she edges close to the fabled “LP from a Strat” holy grail of tones. A proper rock workhorse, with stunning looks and superlative feel, “Felicity” will get the job done.
The hardware is all Kluson, while electronics are all the highest spec. CTS, CRL and Switchcraft components with cloth covered hook-up wire throughout.
