"Lydia" T-Type
Please welcome the lovely “Lydia” to these pages.
This one began life as a bespoke build order, but sadly and due to unforeseen circumstances, the customer couldn’t afford to complete the purchase once the build was complete.
A guitar this striking and lovely and gorgeous really should have a home other than my workshop, so I'm offering her for sale at a significantly reduced price to cover what is owed, and to ensure that she finds a good home.
The full spec. is below but it will particularly suit those who prefer a slimmer neck profile. Made from two-piece maple (so no skunk-stripe) the neck has a shallow C-profile measuring a digit friendly 0.79” (20mm) at 1st fret to 0.93” (23.6mm) at 12th fret, and with a 9.5” radius and Gibson-sized 6130 frets, it practically plays itself.
The body is semi-hollow ash and is finished in my own colour mix (that is best described as “Bright Fiesta Red”) and loaded with twin Eternal “VT90” pickups for fantastic vintage-voiced tones.
