The latest addition to our Timeless Pickup Series, these new 'Timeless '56 Pickups for Tele' are our recreation of the pickups found in mid-'50s Tele's, with less of the midrange poke of the early Broadcaster single coils with the signature twang so beloved of country artists.
With period-correct staggered and hand-bevelled polepieces, wound with Plain Enamel coil wire on lacquer-insulated and hand-sanded flatwork, the coil produces a unique shape and size to recreate authentic aesthetics as well as THAT tone.
DC resistance: 7k neck and 6.3k bridge approx.
