Vintage-Inspired Materials & Hand-Wound Craftsmanship
Every Timeless ’64 pickup is constructed using materials and techniques inspired by those found in mid-1960s Stratocaster® pickups. From hand-bevelled Alnico 5 magnets to grey-bottom fibre flatwork, each detail reflects the design approach of that influential period.
Each coil is scatter-wound by hand using authentic 42 AWG Heavy Formvar wire — a key ingredient behind the glassy highs, clear articulation and expressive dynamics players associate with early-1960s Stratocaster® tones.
The result is a set that rings with clarity and balance: sweet highs, warm lows and the lively harmonic response that makes vintage-style single coils so inspiring to play.
Available either as a calibrated set of three or as individual pickups, each Timeless ’64 is wound to maintain smooth balance across all positions — delivering consistent output and character whether used in the neck, middle or bridge.
